MEDIAWORLD OPENS ITS FIRST PROXIMITY STORE
We are pleased to have contributed to the creation of the first Mediaworld Smart store in Varese.
It is to be the first proximity store of the primary electronics retailer chain, aimed at strengthening the presence of outlets in city centres.
A completely new concept, developed in conjunction with our Retail Design team, to cover an area of 100 square metres including a storage space designed to manage a pick-up and pick & pay service for online purchases. Mediaworld thus becomes an omnichannel store where customers will find a limited and selected range of telephony, IT, audio and urban mobility products; an "Infinite shelf" feature will also be available to locate, select and purchase online all products not on display in-store.
In the smart store, an advanced customer experience is made possible by a specialised and highly experienced sales team ready to offer personalised and direct advice to customers - not only about what to purchase but also about configuration, service and professional consulting.
