Cefla Shopfitting wins the Retail Institute Award again

For the second year running, Cefla Shopfitting wins the prestigious prize in the Digital & Technological Innovation category thanks to Shop App

Cefla Shopfitting takes the coveted Retail Institute Award Italy in the Digital & Technological Innovation category. The prize goes to ShopApp which, installed on consumers' mobile devices, lets them interact effectively with retailers.

The app keep consumers ever-more informed and aware, giving instantaneous access to product info, personalised offers and a product guide. It even lets them access gaming offers - making shopping not just practical, but fun too. This gives retailers a powerful differentiation tool for their outlets. It lets them integrate their proximity marketing policies with a solution that is technologically advanced yet, because it is standardised, practical and user-friendly.

At the same time, though, it can be adapted to any situation. Cefla Shopfitting, then, confirms its excellence in the proximity marketing field. Last year it won the Retail Institute Award Italy with its Smart Shelving System: a new display concept (ready to house low frequency beacons) that merges dimensional and ergonomic qualities with significant managerial advantages as the electrical power system (also usable for LED lighting or monitors) can be installed without having to disassemble the shelving.

The ShopApp project was co-developed with Jointag, a Verona-based company specialising in proximity marketing solutions that use iBeacon, NFC and QR code technology.
