Cefla Shopfitting at Cosmofarma

Solutions for the modern pharmacist looking to the future and to proximity marketing at the Bologna fair from 15 to 17 April.

Cefla Shopfitting took part in Cosmofarma, in Bologna's Trade Fair District's calendar from 15 to 17 April 2016, with a stand (Hall 26, stand C3) that exalted its strengths in set-ups dedicated to the world of pharmacies: extra attention was paid to communications with the consumer, product lighting and the proposed solutions' flexibility. The smart pharmacy is served! Cefla offers custom solutions to the pharmacy market, tailor-made projects designed on the basis of standard modules.

A combination that, in addition to having the aesthetic and functional quality that has always distinguished the Imola brand's custom projects, offers the advantage of being particularly attractive and competitive from the point of view of the investment required. "We are particularly strong - declared Andrea Ventura, Managing Director of Cefla Shopfitting - in this regard thanks to the presence of our internal Zenith Shop Design, a company that has historically proved to excel in specialist concepts, where the project develops around customisation that adheres to the customer's needs and requests". Sunday 17 April, at 11 a.m., Ventura spoke at the conference "Shopfitting in pharmacies and the transformation of a sales point: the comparison of five points of view and strategic solutions", which took place in pavilion 26 (Meeting room in Farma).

The speech focused particularly on the interactivity between product display and the consumer, expressed in a particular way by the innovative Smart Shelving System.

"In our interpretation of the future - Ventura had anticipated - we believe that the interaction between the smartphone and the display system will play a precise and important role. The smart customer is the customer who always has a smartphone with him/her and knows how to take advantage of its potential. Projects will be developed precisely around this person, and will look at the future of the market".

Pharmacies can therefore become smart and take advantage of the many possibilities offered by proximity marketing; Cefla can accompany them in steps, starting from the simplest solutions for digital engagement.

"We can locate people inside the sales point and recognise them, or even only communicate with customers who stop in front of a single display unit. In both cases we can instantly send custom messages to the consumer's smartphone: from discount coupons for a product located just a few centimetres from him/her, to tutorials on how to use a certain item, up to the presentation of new products or signalling a new item on the shelf with certain characteristics. All of this - concluded Andrea Ventura - with the utmost discretion, mandatory in an environment that offers products and solutions for health and for individuals".
